ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Lebanese-born interior architect turned jewelry designer, Nour Tohme, launched her brand Black Odalisk, in late 2018 after quitting the nine-to-five matrix, with a longing to pursue her true passions: Art and Jewelry. She believes authenticity is the fundamental pillar of beauty, but her aim goes beyond a belief; she wants to transcend the concept of mass-produced fashions and fast-changing trends.

Malraux once said that Art is a rendez-vous with eternity; the only place on earth that escapes death and transcends time is a Museum. Through its inspired designs, Black Odalisk injects a small piece of the art world, a breath of eternity, into daily life.
